Delete your GentleShe account
You can permanently delete your GentleShe account from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can send us a deletion request from this page.
Delete your account in the app
This is the quickest way to start account deletion.
- Open GentleShe and go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message.
- Type DELETE and confirm your request.
Account deletion is intended to remove your authentication account and associated personal records, subject to temporary backups, security records and any information that must be retained by law.
Can't access the app?
Use this form to request deletion. Enter the same email address you use for your GentleShe account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Prefer email? Write to support@gentleshe.com from the email address linked to your GentleShe account.
What happens after you request deletion?
We may ask you to verify that you control the GentleShe account before processing a request made outside the app. Once verified, we will process eligible account and personal-data deletion in line with the GentleShe Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or service-provider systems until those records are overwritten or removed through normal retention processes.
